Who it is for. A product that has grown into one block, where a change in one area risks the rest.

What we build. A split only where the business already has a boundary, with a contract and an owner for each service.

How the work goes. We draw the boundary from the domain, move one job, and leave the rest alone until that service can fail without taking the product down.

What you leave with. Smaller releases where the boundary is real. No extra boxes for their own sake.
